The resident mixologists keep the cocktails flowing, the wine list features wines from the best around the world and the menu is brimming with classic dishes cooked from the freshest of ingredients.
If you are after a prestigious Prix Fixe menu with mouth-watering Ham Hock, fresh Moules and Frites or a classic crème brûlée, for only £15 two-courses / £20 three-courses book your table now.

The Botanist:
The Botanist which is located within a stone’s throw of Chester Cathedral boasts an impressive concept of botanical cocktails, plenty of craft ales, gins, food inspired by local produce and deli’s.
For only £13.50 for 2 courses, you can indulge in sticky chipolatas or a classic Caesar salad and if you want an extra course its only £2 more so why not treat yourself to sticky toffee pudding.

Restaurant 1539:
The 1539 menu offers twists on British classics alongside dishes inspired by flavours from across the globe, why not head there at lunchtime and enjoy a free starter with your main meal.

Olive Tree Brasserie:
The new Prix Fixe menu has been thoughtfully created to encompass a delicious variety of dishes that are set to inspire and delight all of their many customers.
Olive Tree Brasserie doesn’t believe that quick service means you should compromise on quality or a getting a great deal.
With this in mind, why not try their Lunch Pronto Menu which includes a main course and a drink for just 10.95 available Monday to Friday every week.

Commonhall Social:

The White Horse:
